Product lifecycle management is managing the insurance product from design, creation, filing, deployment, and withdrawal.
Policy lifecycle management includes issuing and managing policies for customers and below are some of the activities
1) Capture Data for Quote
2) Enter data
3) Summarize Policy
4) Process Quote/Application
5) Issue Policy
6) Make Updates/Provide DEC/Answer Queries/Claims Processing
7) Payments Handling/Reporting
